In our continuous cold drawing facilities integrated into Industry 4.0, cross-section measurement, crack control, straightening, and chamfering operations are carried out on the line automatically.
We produce our cold-drawn bright steels from both coil and bar in our combined cold-drawing facilities to fully meet the needs of our customers.
Our modern cold-drawing technology allows for the highest level of product quality while providing a significant productivity increase in production.

The first and only in Turkey…
We can produce bars from coils up to 100.00 mm in diameter in our high-tech combined cold drawing facilities. Coil-to-bar drawing is the most efficient drawing method for small and medium-sized profiles. We are the first and only manufacturer in Turkey that can produce up to 55.00 mm diameter from coil raw material, providing an advantage in custom length production.
Our advanced technology has the capacity to draw both coil-to-bar and bar-to-bar starting from wire diameters up to 80.00 mm in its EJP 4B combined drawing plant installed with on-line non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, chamfering, and automatic packaging equipment as one of the world’s largest coil-to-bar drawing plants.
